Acer Liquid C1 User Manual Guide - Acer and Intel Corporation today announced the introduction of the Acer Liquid C1 with Intel Inside®, the first smartphone based on Intel® Atom™ processor Z2420for the Asia Pacific region. The Liquid C1 smartphone will first be made available with a special promotion1 during Mobile Expo on 7-11 February, with wider retail availability at a retail price of THB9,990 (VAT inclusive) in the weeks following. The device comes with a 4.3 inch LCD touch display and great price performance2.

What's even more interesting though, is that the C1 sports a nearly vanilla Android ICS experience. Nothing seems to have changed from the google release, except for some clean widgets and the removal of the menu bar -- replaced by capacitive display buttons.

Unofficial specifications of the new Intel based Acer Liquid C1 smartphone have started to appear on the internet. This new device from Acer runs Android OS, v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (still!) and it is said to be powered by an Intel Dual-core 1.2 GHz CPU. Following are the specifications that have been published :
